If the new SMS package is purchased before the old SMS package expires, the remaining SMS in the account will be added to the new package.

Foul Language, Threats, Insulting State/Constitution/National Symbols/Law, Adult Products, Narcotics, Lottery Winning, Political Campaigns, Earning Money By Viewing Ads, MLM Type Ecommerce Sites, PTC, PPC, Forex, Banking, Dollar Buying- Selling, Dollar Exchange, betting, gambling etc. related SMS sent are prohibited.

কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে কল করে অশালীন ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, এক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে কোনো রকম সেবা দেওয়া হবে না । আমরা শুধুমাত্র সার্ভার এবং এসএমএস ডেলিভারিতে সমস্যা হলে তার টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি । এর বাহিরে API integration, Plugin Setup, SMS Sending, Account Opening সহ যাবতীয় সকল কাজ কাস্টমার এর নিজের করতে হবে ।
Abusive behavior by calling customer support will result in immediate account suspension and no future service. We only provide technical support for server and SMS delivery issues. Apart from this, the customer has to do all the work including API integration, Plugin Setup, SMS Sending, Account Opening.
